We also work with an established network of professionals to arrange construction performance bonds for UK construction companies, developers, house builders and housing associations.

The policies we arrange are all accepted by the majority of lending institutions as part of their lending criteria.
Cover comes into effect at practical completion.

We are very proud that we don’t simply arrange conveyor belt, off-the-shelf policies. Each application is carefully considered, assessed and a tailor made solution provided.
