Location: Candidates will be working remotely in England (Birmingham, North England, Manchester). Candidates will ideally be located in these areas to meet client needs. Areas are subject to change.
Role Details/ Employer Benefits: Hours of work are Monday – Friday 35 hours per week (flexibility required). Company benefits with this role include Company phone and tablet, Competitive Salary, Employer Pension Contribution, Generous Annual Leave entitlement, with more benefits applicable after completion of 6 months probation.

The Role
We require a highly motivated, enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join our existing team at Global Home Warranties Ltd. The successful candidate will provide professional advice on all aspects of property, construction and you will be primarily responsible for carrying out risk assessments on properties that have been registered by the company. You will ensure that they meet building regulations and are built in accordance with same and ultimately insurance cover can be issued once complete. As a brand ambassador, Global Home Warranties Building Surveyors ensure our company values and ethos are promoted at all times.
The Individual
In order to be shortlisted you must demonstrate on CV that you have a level 6 qualification in Building Surveying or equivalent. It is essential that you have experience of private residential construction from foundation level through to completion. To be shortlisted you must detail that you have a working knowledge of the current UK building regulations. The role requires the individual to have excellent oral and written communication skills. Full drivers licence is essential.
