We also have an experienced and rigorous Surveying Team who are RICS and CIOB qualified to provide on-site technical assessments and to minimise the risk of defects going undetected. Their surveying schedule is created specifically for each development to minimise disruption and they liaise closely with site managers throughout the build, compiling a detailed history of every project.
